• Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.
• Legal obligation – we have to collect or use your information so we can comply with the law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.
• Legitimate Interest – if you have been a client, made an enquiry or attended one of our events we may contact you about related services, or future events. You have the right to unsubscribe from these communications at any time. All of your data protection rights continue to apply.

• Prospective Client Data – 2 years
• Client Data – including financial records – 7 years from the end of the contract
• Marketing Information – until you withdraw consent
• Financial Records – 7 years for both client and supplier data

This includes our Virtual Assistant, Contented Leaders Team, Accountant, Website Host – all have limited access to personal data relating to clients and enquiries where appropriate to complete their role in the team

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
